HOW TO CHANGE AN ORDER (SIZE)

The change of your order will be totally free and you will have 14 calendar days from the reception of your purchase to request it.

Please, contact our customer service at soporte@bryanstepwise.com, indicating your name, order number and the new size you need.

It is very important that the subject of the email is: EXCHANGE and Order Reference.

For international orders, please send the package with any courier service at your cost to our facilities:

Once we receive the package, we will notify you via email and send you the new size for free.
To identify your order, please put your invoice inside the box.

In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

If you need to make another exchange, we inform you that you must face the cost of the subsequent shipments.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

For returns, the process is very similar. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product. 

You can also return the item through our online store in 3 easy steps.

For international orders:

1. Send us an email to soporte@bryanstepwise.comindicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
It is very important that the subject of the email is: RETURN and Order Reference.

2. Prepare the package, you must use the original shipping box.

3. To identify your order, please put your invoice inside the box.

4. Send the package with any courier service at your own cost to our facilities:

Please, after this, send us the tracking number as well as the name of the courier service you chose to our mail.

Remember that no more than 14 calendar days can go from the moment you receive your order until you send us the mail with the tracking number and the name of the courier service you chose.

As soon as we receive the package we will proceed with the refund of the order, so that you have it available as soon as possible.

All products must be unused and properly labeled, as we can not accept any return of an item that is not in perfect conditions.
